A matching engine built on stale or duplicate postings sends people to jobs that were filled weeks ago, and that breaks the product promise. HiringSky needed broad, current coverage of live openings without building and maintaining its own job aggregation infrastructure.

The Solution

HiringSky integrated the OpenWeb Ninja JSearch API as the live job listings layer behind its matching experience. JSearch aggregates postings from Google for Jobs, covering the major job boards, ATS pages, and company career sites, so when someone is looking, HiringSky surfaces current roles that fit them instead of stale or duplicate postings.
