OpenWeb Ninja x ZeroClick: An Agent Storefront for 50+ APIs

Any AI agent can now register a reusable credential, fund a balance over x402, MPP or card, and call 50+ OpenWeb Ninja APIs from $0.003 a request. It runs at agents.openwebninja.com.

OpenWeb Ninja x ZeroClick agent storefront

Most of what an AI agent is asked to look up is public: a list of dentists in Austin, a salary range in Denver, the price of a grill at Home Depot this morning. We have spent years turning those sources into APIs that return clean JSON. What an agent still could not do easily was buy them on its own.

Agents already use our APIs every day through our MCP server and agent skill, which turn every API into a tool for Claude, Cursor, Codex, and other agents. Both start with a person: a developer creates an account and adds an API key to the agent's config. In July we launched x402 support, which lets an agent pay for a single call in USDC with nothing but a wallet. That covers one request. It does not cover what comes around it: a credential the agent can reuse, a balance instead of a payment on every call, a card for the human behind it, a free allowance to start on, or a way to be found by agents that are not already looking for us.

That is what our partnership with ZeroClick adds. ZeroClick runs agent storefronts: agent identity, payment on open rails, metering, and receipts. Ours is live today at agents.openwebninja.com.

What is on the storefront

The same APIs, the same parameters, and the same JSON as api.openwebninja.com. Every API we sell is there, from Google search and AI Mode to Google Maps, JSearch, Amazon, Walmart, Zillow, and Waze: 50+ APIs and more than 200 endpoints, each described in a machine-readable OpenAPI spec and a live pricing manifest.

Most APIs$0.003 per request
ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, EV Charge Finder$0.005 per request
Minimum credit purchase$0.50 (more than 160 requests)
Free allowance50 requests, once the agent's credential is claimed with a verified email
Paymentx402 (USDC on Base), MPP, or card

Prices are read from the manifest at call time, and there is no subscription to cancel when the task is done.

How an agent uses it

  1. 1

    Discover.

    The agent reads agents.openwebninja.com/llms.txt, which lists every API and links the catalog, the OpenAPI spec, and the buyer guide. Our own site points agents there too, from our llms.txt to an HTTP Link header on every page.

  2. 2

    Ask the advisor.

    Before buying anything, the agent can describe its goal in plain language. The advisor is read-only: no login, wallet, or card needed.

  3. 3

    Register.

    One free call creates an agent credential. It works at every ZeroClick storefront, and a human can claim it with a verified email to keep what the agent buys.

  4. 4

    Fund and call.

    The agent buys credits over x402, MPP, or card (or hands its human a checkout link) and calls the API with Authorization: Bearer <token>.

Here is step 2 for real:

curl "https://agents.openwebninja.com/zcj/x92nin6ms4t0/zeroclick/agent/guide?goal=Search%20Google%20Maps%20for%20dentists%20in%20Austin%20TX%20and%20get%20their%20phone%20numbers%20and%20emails"

The response, trimmed to the parts that matter:

{
  "status": "quoted",
  "verification": {
    "status": "verified",
    "guidedExecutionAvailable": true,
    ...
  },
  "operation": {
    "method": "GET",
    "path": "/local-business-data/search",
    ...
  },
  "quote": {
    "options": [
      {
        "serviceSlug": "local-business-data",
        "priceUsd": "0.030000",
        "unitSize": 10,
        "unitsPerCall": 1,
        "card": { "minimumUsd": "0.500000", ... },
        ...
      }
    ],
    ...
  },
  "execution": {
    "status": "needs_input",
    "reason": "operation_inputs_required",
    "missing": [
      {
        "field": "query.query",
        "reason": "Required operation input is missing.",
        "schema": { "type": "string", "example": "Hotels in San Francisco, USA" }
      },
      ...
    ]
  },
  ...
}

The advisor picked our Local Business Data search, which returns phone numbers and, with extract_emails_and_contacts=true, emails and social profiles in the same call. The quote prices it at $0.03 per 10 requests, one request per call, so $0.003 a call, with a $0.50 minimum by card. The agent knows what it will pay before it pays, and execution.missing tells it which input to fill in next: the search query itself.

And here is what happens when an agent calls an API without a credential:

curl "https://agents.openwebninja.com/local-business-data/search?query=dentists%20in%20Austin%2C%20TX&limit=50&extract_emails_and_contacts=true"

The storefront answers with HTTP 401 and this body, trimmed:

{
  "error": "bearer_required",
  "hint": "This request needs an agent identity credential. Register once, exchange the assertion for a token, and retry with Authorization: Bearer <token> (or ZC-Agent-Authorization: Bearer <token> when Authorization carries your MPP Payment credential).",
  "auth": {
    "recipe": "https://agents.openwebninja.com/auth.md",
    ...
  }
}

The error tells the agent exactly what to do next. That is the point of the storefront: every step, including the failures, is written for a machine to read.

Storefront or x402 endpoint: which one to use

Both stay live, and both return the same data.

x402.openwebninja.comagents.openwebninja.com
IdentityNone, the wallet is the identityReusable agent credential
PaymentUSDC per callPrepaid balance via x402, MPP, or card
Free allowanceNo50 requests with a verified email
Best forOne-off calls from a funded walletAgents that call repeatedly, or need a human to pay by card

If you are a developer setting up your own agent, the MCP server or agent skill with an API key is still the quickest path, and nothing about it changes: keys, plans, and the dashboard work as before at openwebninja.com. The storefront is for agents that arrive without one.

Frequently asked questions

What is ZeroClick?

ZeroClick runs storefronts that sell products to AI agents. It handles agent identity, payment over open rails, metering, and transaction analytics, and settles revenue to the seller. OpenWeb Ninja's storefront is one of them.

Is the data different from the regular OpenWeb Ninja APIs?

No. The storefront takes the same requests as api.openwebninja.com, with every parameter from our docs, and returns the same JSON.

How much does a call cost?

$0.003 for most APIs and $0.005 for ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and EV Charge Finder. Credits start at $0.50.

Does my agent need a crypto wallet?

No. It can pay by card, or hand its human a checkout link. x402 and MPP are there for agents that already hold USDC.

Does anything change for existing OpenWeb Ninja customers?

No. API keys, plans, and the developer portal at openwebninja.com work as they always have.
